If your age is less than 18 years then you need more sleep. If you are not getting enough sleep it may create a sleep debt. Finally, your body will insist that the liability is repaid. There are various consequences if you do not have enough sleep. It is very important for you to have a good amount o sleep.



If you do not have enough sleep, it may cause:

           You may feel weakness as well as the chances of being sick also increase.
